
Furnish ONE (1) Refrigerated Cold Food Table, COLORPOINT Model 74-CFMA-MOD as
manufactured by Low Temp Industries, Inc. Provide with standard features as follows:
Top to be 30" wide and fabricated from 14 gauge stainless steel with square turndown on all sides
and corners fully welded, ground and polished. Top to have #4 satin finish and all edges shall
have #7 hi-lite finish.Body to be seamless moulded fiberglass (F.R.P.) with smooth exterior
surfaces and rounded corners. All fiberglass to be flame retardant per specification ASTME-162
having a flame spread of 25 or less. Open under storage to be lined with 18 gauge stainless steel
with coved vertical and horizontal corners. Food pans shall be mounted FLUSH with top of
counter. Recessed food pans shall not be acceptable. Mechanically cooled cold pan shall be 18
gauge stainless steel 9" deep, welded water-tight pan with Low Temp TEMP-EST AIRE™
refrigeration system. The system to include low velocity axial fans and advanced design cold wall
operating on R-507 Refrigerant. Refrigeration system shall be certified to meet requirements of
NSF Standard 7 for cold temperature maintenance. Pan to be fully insulated with urethane
insulation and the top shall be separated from the pan by a full perimeter breaker strip. The cold
pan to have a 1" open brass drain with extension to shutoff valve below base. A full perimeter
Formica breaker strip shall separate the top from the cold pan. To be double wall construction,
Fully insulated with urethane insulation. Cold pan to have 1" open brass drain with extension to
shutoff valve below base. Compressor housing shall be cross flow ventilated compartment with
two stainless steel exterior frames complete with removable stainless steel louvers.
Housing interior shall have easy access slide-out channels to accommodate condensing unit.
Unit to contain a fully hermetic condensing unit connected to the cold pan with all necessary
controls for proper operation. System to be hooked up, tested in the factory and made ready to
plug in on the job. The condensing unit to be properly sized to the evaporator load.
4" diameter, ball bearing, swivel type casters to be non-marking and with brakes on all wheels.
Color to be DETERMINED.
Provide unit with the following accessory equipment:
Top to be extended on STUDENT side by 3" to total width of 33".
Cold pan sized to hold three (3) 12" x 20" food pans. Balance of top to be solid top as shown.
Position cold pan as close to operator side as possible.
Two tier display, single service
Provide recess around cold food pan to provide for 18" x 26 pans
Solid stainless steel tray slide, 12" wide, on student side

Provide one (1) Cashier Stand, COLORPOINT Model 36-CSE as manufactured by Low Temp
Industries, Inc. Height same as serving line. Furnish with standard features as follows:
Top to be 30" wide and fabricated from minimum of 14 gauge stainless steel, with square
turndown on all sides and corners fully welded, ground and polished. Top to have #4 satin finish
and all edges having #7 hi-lite finish. Body to be seamless molded fiberglass (F.R.P.) with
smooth exterior surfaces and rounded corners. All fiberglass to be flame retardant per
specification ASTM E-162 having a flame spread of 25 or less. Body interior shall be lined with
18 gauge stainless steel with coved vertical corners. A 1" diameter 18 gauge stainless steel foot
rest shall be secured to the interior walls.
4" diameter, ball bearing, swivel type casters to be non-marking with brakes on all wheels.
Casters to be mounted with exterior & interior bracing for maximum stress relief.
